Canada Post Strike - 2011-06-16

Dear Clients,

The Canada Post Strike is now in its 13th day, and while the government has stated it will legislate an end to the strike, we would like to suggest some alternative methods for receiving and sending snail mail. Our invoices will continue to be faxed to each client, or at your request we can email it to you, and we ask that you please use one of the following options to ensure your invoices are paid on time:

1. Make your payment directly through our website at www.bensonit.ca

(select "Make a Payment" and choose either Credit Card or Paypal.)

2. Let us know when you have a payment ready for us, and if we have a technician in the area, we will come and pick it up.

3. Drop off your cheque if you're in the area - and come in for a terrible cup of coffee!

We are in the Ramsay Design Centre at 1206 - 20th Avenue SE   T2G 1M8.

4. Use established couriers like Fed-Ex or Purolator (example: Fed-Ex price is $8.37 for next business day) Be sure to confirm price before sending.

5. Use one of the small local couriers you trust, possibly saving money by holding multiple pieces of mail for weekly shipping via courier.
